Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CISSP.
5+ years of network admin experience.

Desktop Support Engineer
Expertise in troubleshooting Windows/macOS systems.
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Experience with Remote Desktop Tools.
Microsoft Admin certified.
3+ years in a technical role.

Network & Security Operations Engineer
Expertise in LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF.
Strong background in Security: Firewalls, WAF, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
Experience with Cisco ACI, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
ITIL certified with 7+ years of experience.

Senior Sitecore Developer
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Sitecore modules.
Expertise in debugging and problem-solving.
Extensive experience with Sitecore 9.x and CMS.
Strong knowledge of Helix architecture.

Senior Front-End Developer
Expert in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js.
Proficiency in Redux, Context API, SSR.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and Agile development.
7+ years of experience and React.js certified.
