Key Responsibilities:
Master in UAE Labor Law and JAFZA Labor Laws.
Driving employee satisfaction and align HR strategies with business goals.
Designing competitive salary structures and foster strong employee relations.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with corporate governance and risk management practices.

Experience:
Proven UAE experience in a multinational organization.

Salary Range:
AED 17,000 - AED 21,000
