Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the cleaning industry in Dubai.
Career-driven with excellent communication skills, both in-person and remotely.
Proven ability to negotiate and generate new sales leads through Residential and commercial units tieups.
Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and staffing recruitment protocols.
Exceptional people management skills, including the ability to support, motivate, and lead a team through regular coaching.
Bachelor’s degree.
Valid UAE driving license.
Job Description:
Build and maintain a strong customer network while developing relationships with new and existing clients.
Schedule and attend sales meetings with prospective clients, bid on and secure new cleaning service contracts.
Prepare sales quotations and proposals, and conduct sales calls and on-site client visits.
Address client inquiries and provide feedback promptly.
