Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and cold calling to qualify new sales leads.
- Meeting daily sales targets.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining a contact list and following up with customers to improve retention.
- Submitting daily reports on Sales & Customer Service activities.
