Keep the office running: Manage supplies, contact lists, travel arrangements, and filing systems.
Collaborate closely: Liaise with senior assistants and handle executive requests.
Support visitors and maintain a seamless workflow for internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
5-7 years of proven experience in administrative roles.
Knowledge of office systems and equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Location: Dubai
Pay: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 per month
