JADEER for HR services is looking for OD Specialist for one of their clients in the food and beverage industry in Riyadh. The specialist will be responsible for tasks related to organizational effectiveness, performance management, communication, and overall organizational development.

 Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of experience as an OD Specialist
- Previous experience in food & beverage industry is Preferred
- Analytical Skills and Organizational Effectiveness
- Performance Management and Organizational Development skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in organizational development practices
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Excellent command of English language
