The Role: We're seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Commercial to join our leadership team in Dubai. Reporting directly to our Managing Partner, you'll lead our Corporate Commercial practice while playing a crucial role in shaping our firm's future and providing expert legal counsel on complex corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
•       Lead and develop the Corporate Commercial practice group.
•       Drive high-value corporate transactions and strategic negotiations.
•       Provide comprehensive legal advice on M&A, corporate governance, and commercial matters.
•       Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on technology-driven sectors.
•       Contribute to firm's thought leadership initiatives.
•       Build and mentor a high-performing legal team.
•       Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations.

Requirements:
•       Master of Laws (LL.M.) with focus on Corporate/Commercial Law.
•       10+ years of legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.
•       In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
•       Experience in technology-related legal matters preferred.
•       Strong business acumen and client relationship skills.
•       Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
