About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis II to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in meal plan preparation and a strong desire to contribute to a professional kitchen environment.
 
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
• Support senior chefs in creating meal plans tailored to dietary preferences and requirements.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of meals.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Commis II or in a similar role, preferably with meal plan expertise.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Culinary certification or equivalent training is a plus.
