Install and repair:
1. Water supply lines
2. Waste disposal systems
3. Heating and ventilation systems
4. Gas lines
5. Fire suppression systems
6. Commercial bathroom fixtures

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Respond to emergency plumbing situations
Coordinate with other construction trades
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
