Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Craft content tailored to the Dubai real estate market, spanning blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Collaborate with the design team for visually engaging assets.
2. Content Strategy & Competitor Analysis:
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Research competitors, deriving insights to enhance our content offerings.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage content postings across social platforms, ensuring regularity and engagement.
- Stay updated on real estate-specific social media trends.
4. Industry Research:
- Research real estate trends and market dynamics specific to Dubai.
- Ensure content relevance to the target audience.
5. Editing & Proofreading:
- Review and refine content for clarity and brand consistency.
6. SEO Integration & Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices in content.
- Coordinate with the SEO team for alignment.
7. Content Promotion & Distribution:
- Work with the marketing team for effective content distribution.
- Create promotional materials to enhance content reach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Experience writing for different formats, including web copy, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that align with brand messaging and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and Microsoft Office Suite.
