We’re looking for a driven customer sales/operations individual who has experience and a strong entrepreneurial drive to handle the responsibilities of this position, which involve generating new business and surpassing sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
*Meeting the monthly sales targets
*Grow revenue and relationships with the customer base.
*Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
*Providing quotations to customers and generate routings
*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers– including follow up on concerns or other issues.
*Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
*Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
*Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
*Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Secondary:
*Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
*Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.
*Document issues with orders thoroughly.
*Track/trace shipments when requested.
*Dubai trade Marsal- II Knowledge
*Customs Clearance
*Documentations
*Sea, Air, Clearance
*Generate and process all necessary documents related to shipment for import/export, BOE/BL/AIR WAYBILL, Etc.
*Ensuring smooth delivery through coordination with truck drivers.
Within 4-6 months of joining the company, you must reach a sales target
Experience:
*1-2 years of Dubai experience.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT).
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
