Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and address staff inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and handle visa processing and renewals.
• Assist in payroll processing and manage attendance and leave records.
• Develop HR policies to align with clinic goals and create a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous HR experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
