Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests.
Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Ideal Candidates:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
