Data Entry Assistant, Fleet Coordinator

1. Data Entry Assistant (Abu Dhabi Branch)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately inputting and updating data in company databases and systems.
Ensuring the quality and integrity of all data.
Generating and organizing reports.
Handling data-related inquiries and ensuring timely processing of information.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Prior experience in data entry will be preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. Fleet Coordinator (Dubai Branch)
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing the company's fleet of vehicles.
Coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and scheduling.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Managing fleet-related documentation and reporting.
Liaising with drivers and external service providers.
Monitoring fuel consumption and optimizing fleet efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulations is a plus.
