Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new projects in the construction sector, with a focus on new villas, strengthening design projects, and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential clients to generate new projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the construction industry.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the value of our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management within the construction or engineering industry in united Arab Emirates.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Compensation
- Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
- Commission: Competitive commission structure based on project value, with clear monthly targets to achieve.
