Required tasks or job description:
• HR Admin main duties are to ensure that HR database of employees is updated
• Ensuring that all legal requirements are fulfilled for current, new hires and terminated
employees
• Handle HR Projects material as per projects timeline
• Arrange annual leave and business travel of employees by coordinating with travel
agencies
• Assist and complete administrative requirement in activities
• preparing all governmental and HR related reports or tracking systems
• Responsible to ensure that the medical insurance scheme is implemented correctly
