Overview: This role will involve reaching out to prospective clients, nurturing leads, and promoting our nanny and nursing care services to clients needing reliable, high-quality in-home care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our nanny and nursing care services.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our agency’s offerings to address clients’ needs effectively.
-Qualify leads by understanding the client’s requirements and ensuring a suitable match with our services.
-Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts and respond promptly to ensure high conversion rates.
-Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing client concerns and queries with professionalism and empathy.
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 3500 - 4000 (Based on experience) +incentives
Requirements:
-Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the healthcare, child care, or services sector
-Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
