Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Dubai Marina. This position entails identifying new business possibilities, developing and sustaining customer relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to broaden our market presence in the UAE and elsewhere.
Responsibilities:-
- Engage directly with clients to better understand their needs, deliver unique solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Proactively follow up with clients following meetings and proposals to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Meetings with prospective and existing clients should be coordinated and scheduled to ensure that time and resources are used efficiently.
- Make a call to prospective clients to discuss the products and services and to arrange a meeting time.
- Answer questions from clients regarding offerings, costs, and special offers.
- Enter sales and customer contact information into our system.
- Aim for both individual and group sales goals.
- Provide amiable assistance and address client concerns.
- Stay positive and learn from feedback if a customer declines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
Salary
Competitive (base + commission) in line with the Market trends.
