Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Monitor and manage payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
