Responsibilities:
-Contacting debtors and negotiating payment plans to settle outstanding debts.
-Following up on overdue accounts and initiating collection actions.
-Understanding and applying relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
-Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communications with debtors.
-Providing timely updates to management regarding outstanding debts and collection efforts.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Debt Collector or similar role.
-Knowledge of debt collection practices and techniques.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Proficiency in computer cand debt collection software.
