Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle insurance processing, including documentation, renewals and claims management.
- Seeking some basic knowledge of logistics operations.
- Liaise with insurance providers to ensure compliance with policies and facilitate timely issue resolution.
- Seeking candidates with a foundational understanding of vehicle insurance operations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office procedures and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in UAE.
- Familiarity with vehicle insurance processing is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE vehicle insurance regulations and practices.
Pay Scale: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000, plus other benefits.
