Accountant and Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

-Accounting Duties:
-Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
-Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions and follow-up on payments.
-Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
-Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the company’s financial performance.
-Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, including VAT submissions and audits.
-Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.

-Operations Duties:
-Assist in coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
-Support inventory control and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
-Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accurate shipment tracking and on-time delivery.
-Monitor key operational metrics and prepare performance reports for review by senior management.
-Help implement operational improvements and streamline processes to increase productivity.
-Ensure that health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards are met.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in accounting and operations, preferably within the UAE in car field
-Knowledge of accounting software Odoo.
-Understanding of Dubai financial regulations, especially VAT compliance.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Preferably having car license.
