Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Engineer cum Sales Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience. This role is essential in bridging the gap between technical expertise and commercial sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing tailored technical solutions, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic sales initiatives. A strong knowledge of wastewater treatment solutions such as RO, STP, GWTP, and WWRP is crucial. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering foundation combined with excellent commercial and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions related to wastewater treatment processes like RO, STP, GWTP, and WWRP.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for clients.
• Serve as the technical liaison between the company and clients, ensuring product specifications meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to strategic planning to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and stay updated on industry trends to deliver optimal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in engineering, with demonstrated expertise in wastewater treatment solutions such as RO, STP, GWTP, and WWRP.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, delivering presentations, and handling client demonstrations.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• UAE driving license is an added factor.
