Urgently looking for an experienced Documentation Executive to join our JAFZA office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling all types of online documentation related to shipping and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crucial knowledge of HS Codes and its interpretations
- Ensure customs compliance by managing documentation according to international shipping laws and regulations.
- Handle online documentation portals like Dubai Trade and E-Mirsal for processing clearances and approvals.
- Track and monitor documents and claims submission and to ensure smooth operation and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve documentation issues to avoid delays in customs processing and shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all Customs related documents for compliance and audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs regulations, and online portals (Dubai Trade, E-Mirsal).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to JAFZA, Dubai.
