Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee post-production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Manage and supervise a team of operators across various post-production processes.
• Ensure timely production and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out.
• Coordinate with the QC department to ensure product quality is maintained at every stage.
