Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Are you a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a passion for real estate? Hogar Properties is seeking a Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai!

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (to be discussed during the interview)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial risk management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategy with company goals.

Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant (5+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
