Key Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management (FM) companies in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple sites.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and manage cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, and ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Address client complaints and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction.
