Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Manage Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leads.
Targeted Ads: Run effective property ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
Content Creation: Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and design promotional materials for listings and events.
Lead Generation: Drive traffic to the website and convert leads into buyers or renters.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and buyer preferences to refine strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their goals with tailored marketing initiatives.
SEO & Website Management: Optimize listings and web content to improve search visibility.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
Experience in content creation and managing social media accounts.
Analytical mindset with experience in data tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication skills and creativity.
Immediate joiner preferred!

Experience:
Marketing: 2+ years (required)
Real Estate: 1+ year (preferred)
