As a Customer Service cum Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone. You will provide excellent customer service, manage the front desk, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a friendly, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Manage appointment schedules, meetings, and reservations.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalate to relevant departments.
Provide general information about the company’s services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
