Legal Advisor

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000/month
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role
Languages: Arabic and English required
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide legal advice on commercial transactions, real estate, and business expansions
-Draft and review contracts (sale, purchase, JV, shareholder agreements, etc.)
-Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations to minimize legal risks
-Review and negotiate supplier agreements and business contracts
-Handle company legal paperwork, policies, and confidential information
-Advise on procurement, corporate matters, and business transactions
