Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ordering process of software licenses and products, tracking expiry and renewals, coordinating office meetings, maintaining calendars of the Senior Executive(s), handling work-related documents, and following up on tasks and reminders.
Able to perform order management, calendar management, meeting coordination, administrative support, task and project management.
Qualification and Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Familiarity with using Al tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and other digital productivity tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Proficiency in business communication in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus.
