- Candidates must be locally available in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Take accurate messages and ensure their timely delivery.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about our hotel's amenities and services.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls.
