You will be responsible for greeting guests, handling their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local attractions, and assisting with any special requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying luggage. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds. In addition to assisting guests, you will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and other public areas.
