1. AirFreight Operations (Import/Export)
Experience: 5-10 years
Responsibilities:
Manage daily air freight operations, ensuring timely services and billing.
Implement and review SOPs and operations procedures for airlines/business partners.
Lead business review meetings and resolve customer complaints.
Assist sales teams in acquiring new accounts.
2. Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive
Experience: 2-10 years
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
Generate leads and communicate product benefits.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on leads.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve growth.
3. Sales LCL/Forwarding
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:
Manage a sales area or product line to maximize revenue.
Develop and maintain client relationships through cold calls and servicing existing clients.
Prepare action plans, presentations, and sales contracts.
Respond to inquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
