Key Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Configuring and supporting end-user email.
• Handling end-user user profile migration and PC migration.
• Supporting print management.
• Providing technical support for LAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Performing regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Providing technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Offering technical support for Smartboards, AV, and CCTV.
Qualifications:
• Education and Experience:
• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a similar role.
• IT Certification in a related field.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
