Job role:
•        Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates across various industries and functions.
•        Initiate proactive outreach to potential candidates through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
•        Engage in in-depth conversations to understand candidates' career aspirations, skills, and experiences, while effectively communicating our employer brand and values.
•        Gather and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, including contact details and professional preferences, in our recruitment database.
•        Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand current and future talent needs and align candidate sourcing efforts accordingly.
•        Provide regular updates and reports on talent mapping progress, challenges, and market insights to the recruitment team.
