Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Stowage Planning & Logistic Flow Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across our stowage planning and cargo flow/logistics activities. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Who are we looking for:
o Stowage planning experience with experience working on planning software like SEACOS and ability to adapt quickly to new software.
o Logistics planning/coordination experience
o Seafaring experience would be an added advantage
o Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 
This is a 24/7 role which might involve ad-hoc calls/work during weekends and/or public holidays as well.

Key Responsibilities:
Cargo Stowage Planning:
Develop and execute effective cargo stowage plans to maximize vessel capacity and ensure safety at all times.
Cargo Steering
Coordinate and monitor the flow of consignments in our logistics arm to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor Terminal Productivity
Vessel Scheduling

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
Prior experience with cargo steering, stowage planning, logistics coordination, or vessel scheduling is highly desirable.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
