A Dubai-based manufacturing company is looking to hire a Group Accounts Manager to lead their Finance and Accounts Team based in UAE and KSA.

The ideal candidate must be hands-on with Cost Accounting and Financial Reporting. Should have experience of 8 to 10 years out of which 4 to 5 years in a manufacturing setup, and at least 3 years in leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance & accounts team.
- Manage and maintain the general accounting procedures and financial reporting requirements of the company in line with the business goals.
- Oversee operational performance of cost/profit centers implementing policies to maximize efficiency of resources.
- Establish financial controls with relevant methods of check/balance.
Mandatory Qualification:
- Preferably an ACCA/CA qualified.
