Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage smooth integration of new hires and handle exit processes, including interviews and documentation.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll, and administer benefits.
Employee Grievance Management: Address and
resolve grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure
confidentiality.
Employee Relations: Build positive employee relationships and manage engagement programs.
Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and advise management on necessary updates.
Visa Processing: Oversee the visa application and renewal process, ensuring timely coordination with authorities.
Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and provide guidance to managers.
Training & Development: Identify and organize training programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred.
3-5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
