The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful execution Operations Excellence projects. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, leading all aspects of scoping, designing, procuring, and delivering of projects from initial concept to final handover in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities will include:

•        Lead the development and execution of airport projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
•        Oversee the creation and management of project briefs, business cases, and project plans.
•        Coordinate the project lifecycle; scoping, design, procurement, and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
•        Develop and oversee testing plans, acceptance criteria and implementation plan to enable benefits realization. 
•        Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as needed.
•        Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
•        Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of internal and external Project Managers, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
•        Manage project budgets, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and financial tracking.
•        Monitor and report on project performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
•        Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and implementing project management best practices & methodologies.
•        Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
•        Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to airport sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects.
