Recruitment Specialist

Scope: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
