Receptionist cum Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Receptionist Cum Personal Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone, and mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
• Handling telephone inquiries, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls.
• Send messages and call clients to remind membership expiration.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner •
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the staff.
• Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
