Responsibilities:
Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.
Respond promptly to security incidents by following established protocols and notifying the appropriate authorities.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all surveillance activities, incidents, and security breaches.
Operate and manage CCTV equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.
Conduct regular checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Collaborate with the security team to provide real-time updates during security incidents.
Assist in the review of recorded footage for investigations and provide evidence to support law enforcement as required.
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and company policies regarding the use of surveillance systems.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Provide reports on surveillance activities and any incidents that occur.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security operations or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
Good observational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in operating CCTV and surveillance systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
