We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Secondary School Teacher to join our academic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching adolescents, fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment, and contributing to the academic and personal development of students.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
Develop and implement a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Create a classroom environment conducive to learning, appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their educational development.
Manage classroom behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students’ progress and any concerns.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and effective educational environment.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
Follow school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Teaching certification or license is preferred.
Previous experience as a Secondary School Teacher or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of adolescent development and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
