Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our BMS auditing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Auditing Firm and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the BMS auditing team with scheduling, coordination, and documentation. - Maintain and update audit records, reports, and databases. - Handle correspondence and communication with clients and internal teams. -Prepare audit materials, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. -Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment related to auditing activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in auditing environment. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
