Sales Manager

Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


Core Responsibilities:
Maintaining individual and team monthly targets. Tracking Team KPI and ensuring Business Setup Advisors are meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
Tracking GP by Product.
Ensuring each team member is achieving conversion rates.
Ensuring Schedule adherence of all team members (including training attendance, absence management, holiday and rotation plans).
Managing Sales and Coordinators team and resolving any issues they may have.
Conduct coaching/quarterly appraisals.
Implementing Team Building for Sales & Coordinators.
Ensuring you are point of contact / escalations for issues / client complaints.
Using CRM Data to track individuals' sales performance - cross checking with KPI's and offer areas for improvement.

Ensuring Client response times are adhered to.
Running product refreshers/ monthly quiz's on products.
Take a supporting role in overall team development by providing ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
Support the team in regard to sharing of information, industry knowledge, pricing of promotions and marketing strategies, in order to close sales.
Overseeing pipeline and management of the CRM system in making sure leads are being handled on time and appropriately by the team members.
Overseeing sales techniques, use of emails, phone calls and appropriate use of proposals. Represent the team at strategy and marketing meetings.
Ensure the correct lead distribution within the team and that the team structure is appropriate to reach results OCR Result

Strategy :
Introducing new products / packages and sales strategies to help boost and exceed GP targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream Master's Degree is desirable With 4 to 6 years of UAE experience of which 4-5 years experience in company formation and business set-up Achieving targets (set realistically but to stretch abilities) Working to set standards of performance Personal standards (commitment, attitude, appearance, contribution, Excellent Client interface at all times and all costs) Producing ideas (for the customer and the department) Handling budgets (for the customer) Interchange of information (testimonials, market conditions) Knowing the business (finding out about the marketplace) Accurate administration Competent knowledge of systems Language Skills Proficient in English.
