Urgent Hiring Recruitment Coordinator - (UAE Experience Mandatory)

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
 Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
 Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
 Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
 Conduct phone screens and initial interviews with potential candidates.
 Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
 Assist with the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs.
 Provide timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
 Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile
Recruitment of construction and automation background is mandatory for this position.
•       Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
•       2+years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
•       Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
•       Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•       Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
•       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•       Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
