Job Description
As an Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and HR Manager, overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth functioning. Your role will include managing files, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with office events.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist the Office Manager and HR Manager with daily office operations, including managing visitors, meetings, and staff schedules.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Travel and Event Coordination:
Arrange travel for staff and executives, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Plan and coordinate office events such as team-building activities and holiday parties.
Reception Duties:
Greet visitors, clients, and guests, and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Expense Management:
Assist with processing expense reports, tracking office expenses, and reconciling credit card statements.
Requirements:
Nationality: Open to Asian and European nationalities.
Gender: Female.
Age: 25 to 38 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a corporate setting.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, highly presentable.
Salary: Up to 6,000 AED per month, all inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
