Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, etc.) are a plus

Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Mac, and general desktop support
Knowledge of end-user devices (printers, scanners)
Familiar with audio and video systems (projectors, mixers)
Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and networking concepts
Strong customer care and communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Cultural awareness and respect for diverse customs and cultures.
