Key Responsibilities
• Installing new / existing servers, desktops, laptops and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standard operational requirements.
• Managing school portals, websites and G-suit portal.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources and systems.
• Perform backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up at external devices.
• Configuring Server OS for create, change, restrict and delete user accounts and apply OS upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
• Interacting with parents and staff on IT support
• Managing printer server
• Managing/configuring student and staff tabs
• Managing WiFi and internet networks, CCTV cameras and IP phones around the school
• Training staff on IT facilities.
